For over twenty years, he served as Artistic Director of the legendary Pasadena Playhouse, helping shape it into one of America's premier regional theatres. Joubert served as musical director and conductor for the Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of Caroline, or Change and associate conductor for The Color Purple. Kris Lythgoe comes from one of Britain’s best-known theatrical families and has spent more than two decades producing live entertainment across the United States and internationally. Born in London and now based in Los Angeles, Kris has produced more than 40 professional theatrical productions, presenting work in major regional theatres, touring markets and family entertainment venues throughout North America. Throughout his career he has worked with an extraordinary range of performers including Ariana Grande, Sabrina Carpenter, Neil Patrick Harris, Ben Vereen, David Hasselhoff, Raven-Symoné, Olivia Holt, Kristen Bell and Wayne Brady. His experience across producing, development, marketing and audience building provides a strong foundation for the long-term growth of To Sir, With Love beyond the UK tour, including future West End, Broadway and international opportunities.
