Co-Producer: (2nd line order of investment size, and date) customarily offered for investments of £250,000 (60% Terms)
Associate Producer: (3rd line and below order of investment size, and date) for investments of £100,000 (60% Terms)
Standard Terms: (No title billing) for investments below £99,999 (60% Terms)
Full investment is due upon acceptance and signature of the Participation Agreement.
Investors are entitled pro-rata to:
- •Repayment of their subscriptions from 100% of the net surplus of the Production prior to recoupment, as determined following final settlement of the Production accounts.
- •Their percentage share of net profit (if any) on their respective terms following recoupment.
- •2 pairs of tickets to the official opening performance in Leeds and a pair of tickets at each venue of the tour subject to availability.
Due to the limited tour length of To Sir, With Love final recoupment and any investor distributions may be determined following full completion of the Production's final accounts, including full receipt of the Theatre Tax Relief claim.
